WN security officers are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and respond to both emergency and non-emergency call outs. Customer keys are retained in our 24-hour control room. They are stored in a secure safe, and only our trained and authorised personnel have access to the safe. All of our key holding services meet BS7984:2008 standards, providing you with total peace of mind that you are receiving a secure and reliable service.
